Refunds
If you have not yet received your training, you have 3 calendar days from the date you made the payment, to request a refund.
If the date of your scheduled course has passed, you have 3 calendar days from the date you were to receive your training, to request a refund.
In both cases, The Beauty Education Platform may ask for further information and may require further steps such as providing proof of purchase and filling out a complaint form to complete your request to better understand the circumstances and make a fair and informed decision regarding the refund request.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
